Please note,  we do not issue refunds
for packages confirmed delivered by USPS.  USPS has had a spike in marking packages  "DELIVERED", only to deliver the package a day or two later.
If you still do not receive your package AFTER 5 days from the confirmed delivered date, we recommend
you file a complaint with USPS.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
This has never happened, 
in the case that it does,
we'll send a replacement free of charge
including the shipping costs for any damaged product.

All inquiries and requests MUST be postmarked
on the email within 24 hours
of delivery of said product to receive a replacement.
